Uninstalled Directx, Now how do I reinstall?

Well.. It wasn't working. So I decided to reinstall it, I uninstalled it by deleting the registry folder. Just like it said in one site. Than I tried to reinstall it.. But it gave me this error log:

I got it back... But now it's having the Directx3D test failure. I can't play any 3D games now >O How the hell do I repair it?\

How did you get it back, and what are your complete computer specs?

if you can: uninstall everything to do with DX. update your graphics drivers. then reinstall DX

Get your XP disk handy and enter these commands 1 at a time in the command line (start, run, cmd /k);

SFC /Purgecache

SFC /Scannow
