Upgrade my PC entry help

So I entered my pc into this but my topic got flagged orange which according to the faq discussion is supposed to mean I'm out of the eligible countries, but I live in Canada so I'm kinda confused as to what is wrong. If anyone can give me heads up on this that'd be great.

That is not correct about the orange tag. We use color coding for internal control. Orange usually just means we've seen/read the post.
