I think it's perfectly right for US to Vote which PC is loved the most to be upgraded. Not by us but the original creator of the PC. If that person truly cared for that PC then we will vote based on that aspect because we can tell just from seeing the pc itself. Loving and taking care of your pc in our eyes is true pc enthusiasm which real enthusiasts will appreciate and respond back to. Vote by that figure and it makes it all easier really.
