Right click on "my computer" then choose "properties".
Next choose "device manager"
Scroll down to "universal serial bus controllers" and click double click on it to expand it.
In that list, if you see you have an ENHANCED USB Host Controller, then that means your computer supports USB 2.0.
Key word is "enhanced". This means USB 2.0.
