USB 3.0 plug is loose in the socket...

On my new system, I have two USB 3.0 plugs on the front panel of the case.

When I plug a USB 3.0 male plug into either one, the male plug fit is very loose. So much so that the USB device keeps disconnecting every few minutes, because the male plug does not fit "tight" enough. (I hope I'm making sense here..)

Is there any way to make the male/female connection tighter? Are there any "tabs" inside the plug that need adjusting?

Any help is appreciated.

If your male plug is right in other ports then I would consider this a case with a defect - so check fit in other systems/ports.

If the ports are faulty and I had bought the case from a good vendor (cheers to NewEgg), then exchange is possible, else it would go through RMA process with manufacturer of the box (exception is when a really good maker recognizes and corrects issue by shipping a replacement part - cheers to Antec who did that for me).
