Using end-to-end email encryption

I've written an overview of what Google is describing as end-to-end encryption. In fact, end-to-end has been with us for a long while - - at least as long as PGP. The trick Google has created is to provide the management of the PGP keys for you. You also have to tollerate:

a) using GMAIL via the browser
b) not using another email client, like Thunderbird.​
