Will the ATI 5770 be able to run in this machine or should I get a bigger PSU?

Biostar Mcp6p M2+ Motherboard.
AMD Athlon II X3 2.7GHz 425 95W
3GB Memory
250GB Hard Drive
Asus DVD Drive
450W PSU (PSU Info Attached)
For right now I have a Nvidia Quadro FX 3400/4400
Am getting the XFX ATI 5770

Just want to know if I can keep the PSU or Should I upgrade the PSU as well

If so which of these should I get
Hec 585W
or
the Kingwin 610w

You'd probably be okay with the 450w but I'd recommend at least a 500w with 30+ amps on the +12V rail. I wouldn't buy either one of those power supplies to tell the truth, go with a better unit like an Enermax or PC Power. Corsair also sells a really good 500/550w unit so I'd recommend that as well. The power supply is the most important component inside the computer so you want to buy a quality unit.
