hi I was watching video files this morning that I had uploaded from my phone and it just crashed, now i cannot play any films or videos on my computer. i have tried using win amp to open my video files but that crashes also. I have re installed k lite mega codec pack and that had no hope either at fixing the problem. any help whatsoever would be very much appreciated.
