Inactive Virus that blocks antivirus

So I think I have a virus that both blocks antivirus and makes my cpu usage skyrocket, making it hard to do alot of things, ads have been randomely playing on my speaker for no reason, and im not sure what to do, I uninstalled avg (as it would not open) to see if a re-install would help, but when I click on the installer nothing happens. I am at a dead end not sure what to do

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
Attached logs won't be reviewed.
