My computer started shutting down randomly and restarting a while ago. i thought it was a hardware problem and I formatted the harddrive but to no avail. Now it won't even boot up so I just gave up on it.
So I've been using a laptop and yesterday the same problem arose on that. Symptons are exactly the same which makes me certain that this is a virus or malware of somekind. II have to admit I suspect browsing certain websites may be the cause but I'm desperate to fix this now. Would an anti-virus boot cd do the job?
I'd appreciate any help. Please
