Vista, can i sell it?

Hello everyone

I am planning on selling computers, however I am having a bit of trouble understanding the rules/laws of microsoft.

Our company sell's computers blank, however now we want to sell our pc's with vista pre-installed. Is it legal for us to install only the 30 day trial version or does the pc have to be sealed?

I have read a bit about the OPK for office and the medialess license, can the same also be done with vista.

I ahve heard you have to obtain a master OEM kit?

Any information or feedback would be grateful

The information you need is contained on the documentation that comes with the download and with the discs.
You should also review the business license requirements of the governmental entity that issues them. You cannot legally do any of it in excess of a certain dollar amount without a business license.
