Inactive Vista PC infected with Antimalware.Tool

My friends PC is infected with Antimalware Tool , its a Windows Vista PC which keeps getting antimalware pop ups. He has Mcafee antivirus installed and up to date but it does not detect or does not fix the problem.

Where should i start trying to clean out this infection?

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
Attached logs won't be reviewed.
