vista premium or ultimate ?

im thinking of getting vista but do i go with ultimate or premium.
i can get premium for $114. or ultimate for $200. OEM.
is which is better and do some game not work with vista?

If you have the cash go with Vista Ultimate... and yes, some games do not work with Vista

Go for Ultimate. It's only a little more over Home Premium and has everything that Windows Vista offers.
