Vista Service Pack 2 issues

Trying to install SP2 and I'm getting the following:

Service pack 2 installation did not complete. Reason--> ERROR_FAIL_REBOOT_REQUIRED.

I've rebooted. I've also followed the Microsoft document
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947366 Following everything in this doesn't fix my issue either.

Any other ideas?
