What All This Mean????

Hello All
This is my first system i am trying to put together and I have all this wires coming out from the front of the tower and the tower as no manual can you help by explaining what these all mean?
Power sw
+vcc
-d
+d
return L
return R
MIC BIAS
My mother board is a Biostar M7NCG 400 NVIDIA Socket A.

That sounds like wires for front USB or audio ports

Also the power on switch. More often than not, the case does not come with a manual. However, this is where the motherboard manual comes in. It should show the corresponding pins to which the front panel connectors belong. It can be confusing and sometimes the manual isn't perfectly clear but eventually you can figure it out (usually).
