What memory should I run?

:wave: Hi All,
I have a Foxconn P4M800P7MA-RS2 with 2x512 worth of memory in it and I would like to install 2048 in it but don't know what kind to get? I went to Corsair and they scanned my computer and came up with 33 different memory sticks that I could use? From PC2-6400 to PC-3200, 184 PIN & 240 PIN, DDR2-800 to DDR400 I'm confused on what to get, I mean what do all these numbers mean?

Your motherboard supports DDR2-533, so the DDR2-800 would **** down to DDR2-533. But in this case DDR2 is still better.
