What pain points do you experience with cyber security?

Hi wonderful people!

I am looking to start a cyber security business and, to help determine what the focus of the business should be, I would like to know what pain points you experience in your day to day work in terms of managing cyber security?

Alternatively, what cyber security services or software would you like to see that would make your personal or professional life easier??

First create a list of Security Task; actions to obtain "security"

Group them into logical groups which would be performed together

OS Updates, OS Backups, User(s) data backups​

ALWAYS offer configuration services (so many are malconfigured)

firewall, antivirus, sharing, printing, PASSWORD MANAGEMENT!!​

Hi jobeard, thanks for your reply Do you mean security management software (sort of like project management software such as JIRA from Atlassian but for security)? And perhaps integrating the security management software with password management services, etc. (maybe as an upsell)?

I would go the other direction; password mgmt with config & security mgmt as the upsell
