What PC to buy

i live in the uk and wondered what is a good company to buy a pc off. i only use it for the internet and my 10 year old daughter uses it for school work. my computer at the moment is not working (i have a question on the forum about that) i am looking at a basic model nothing to expensive. thanks for your help
