What to upgrade for?

Hello, I currently have a poor mobo, i will admit that. I wish to upgrade it, but i don't know what to upgrade to... my cpu is a Socket A, AMD AthlonXP 2600+. I wish for more than 2 DDR ram slots, and could anybody help me?

These two both manufacture good quality mobos

it sounds like a total hardcore mobo for lan parties, and that's mainly what i use my comp for. Should i get it? Once again, LRC
