Where do I find a driver update for a SigmaTel Audio card?

I have a Toshiba Satellite A50. Before, you direct me to the Toshiba page, my model isn't listed there. Even when I click show all models. I don't know why, it just isn't. So, I was wondering, is there somewhere else I can get it? Or is there another model that uses the same audio card, that I could use as a substitute?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Providing they are not on your restore disk from the maker of your computer (Toshiba)...
You might try right here... https://www.techspot.com/drivers/driver/file/category/10/
Search for your card information...

If that does not work out... Lookingaround has put together a great tutorial on finding drivers for usb webcams
(different hardware, true, but the principles are still valid...)

In short, find the information on the maker and model of your audio device, via device manager...
My Computer | Properties | Hardware | Device Manager |
Your missing drivers would be indicated with a red "X",
(most likely under your "Sound, Video and Game Controllers")

Right click for properties... Then click the details tab...
You will have information that is formatted similar to below... (with different details)
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_24C5&SUBSYS_203A161F&REV_03\3&61AAA01&0&FD
The Four digits after VEN_ and the four after DEV_ are the numbers you need.

then use google to seach for those numbers. (1234:5678)
You should find several options for downloading your driver.
