Where has all my memory gone?

I have literally no memory left and my computer is running really really slow. Is there anything I can do? And how can I find out what is eating it up so much?

Which operating system are you using?
How much memory do you have in your PC?

Windows xp, 960 RAM

Well, there is your problem. XP could run fine with that amount of RAM back in 2001, but not in 2011 with SP3.

Can you take a screenshot of your task manager. 2 screenshots would be nice, 1 with the processes tab, and one with the performance tab.
