Which UPS sould I buy?

Hello
I'm planing to buy UPS, but not to keep my PC alive when power cuts off, but to stabilize power and to protect PC from electrical shock. Therefore it shuld have a telephone line protection jack too. Capacity is not important...
Cause of its purpose, I'm not planing to give much money for it, max 100$.
Can anyone tell me is it possible to find that kind of UPS and which one is it.

What you are looking for is surge protection.
Look at http://www.apc.com or http://www.belkin.com

Their equipment includes protection for PCs and periphery, tel.answering, DSL, modems etc.
Compare their specifications to find out exactly what you need.
Personally I have an APC Back-UPS 500, which provides my PC, monitor and network with ca. 10 minutes of backup-power. There is a lot of construction in my area and regularly some stupid JCB-driver cuts the power-cable.
