White dots while playing Hitman

while im playing Hitman Blood Money, in the dark areas i see these lines of white dots on the corners and walls were the textures meet. When i move the mouse they sparkle like stars. But the stay in a line. Has anyone else have this problem?

Patch the game and see if you have the latest Catalyst drivers. Also, check to make sure your video card is not overheating.
