Why all the noise?

Just recently my computer started making lots of noises. One is from my fan on my heat sink, and the other is coming from somewhere by my mother board. I've tried pulling different thing but nothing seems to work. It goes away when i put preasure on the tower, or when I tip it on an akward position. It's a loud vibrating noise.

One of the fans is loose or its bearings are bad. Disconnect each fan for a few seconds to pin down the offender.
