WIN XP Pro reboot after login

WIN XP PRO, SP1, was working fine. Shutdown, rebooted, and now when I login to network, it says loading local setting and then goes back to the login screen. If I try to log in as Administrator, it does basicly the same thing but get as far as the window background before it goes back to the login screen. Same problem in safe mode.

Hope someone has experienced this before.
