I'm having some trouble trying to remove the Heur virus. I tried following the 8steps in the sticky, but It wont let me install any software - I get "Only part of the readprocessmemory or writeprocessmemory was completed. All I've got is AVG, hijackthis, Spybot and Malwarebyte. I'm also getting a few errors at startup including: WMIPRVSE.EXE, LOGONUI.EXE and VRT3.TMP. There is also a 'Data Execution Prevention' window that pops up about the Windows Logon UI.
I'm not sure how to proceed...

Oh, I'm also getting constant requests to redo my MS Outlook settings and to insert my Windows XP service pack 3 CD.
