Microsoft is becoming more stupid each year, what is next your PC wont turn on if you upgrade on unsupported H/W.

Microsoft thinks badgering the **** out of you will get you to buy another computer, and thus another Windows license. Just like they think gimping their OS into uselessness unless you sign in with your "Microsoft account" will force their stupid accounts down everyone's throats.

Windows is a disgraceful, depressing mess now. What it needs is a ground-up redesign and rewrite.

The problem is any redesign would just be Windows 8 all over again. The real talent that made Windows what it was has all probably moved on or retired.

Simple bypass I used a few months ago. Don't know if it still works

Copy the .WIM file off of a WIn11 install drive to a Win10 install drive
