Start by installing the "ATK0110 Driver" from the Utilities section here: http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?model=P7P55D LE&os=30&SLanguage=en-us
Code:
ASACPI.sys Sun Mar 27 22:30:36 2005 (42476C4C)
One dump blamed your DirectX drivers; they won't be the cause, but that may indicate a graphics card problem, a motherboard problem, a graphics driver issue, or perhaps something completely unrelated.

Uninstall your ATI drivers, and then install fresh ones from here: http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx
Code:
AtihdW76.sys Wed Nov 17 07:02:04 2010 (4CE3C43C)
atikmdag.sys Thu Nov 25 21:46:44 2010 (4CEF1F94)
atikmpag.sys Thu Nov 25 21:16:47 2010 (4CEF188F)
The other dump blamed the Windows audio drivers. Just like the DirectX drivers, they will not be the cause, but it may indicate a sound problem. Try updating your Creative drivers:
Code:
CT20XUT.SYS Wed May 05 09:01:28 2010 (4BE16C28)
ctac32k.sys Wed Jul 02 04:38:22 2008 (486B3E7E)
ctaud2k.sys Wed May 05 08:59:48 2010 (4BE16BC4)
CTEXFIFX.SYS Wed May 05 09:01:21 2010 (4BE16C21)
CTHWIUT.SYS Wed May 05 09:01:32 2010 (4BE16C2C)
ctoss2k.sys Wed May 05 08:57:46 2010 (4BE16B4A)
ctprxy2k.sys Wed May 05 08:59:51 2010 (4BE16BC7)
ctsfm2k.sys Wed May 05 08:57:33 2010 (4BE16B3D)

Also, run some hardware diagnostics. Run the Blend and Small FFTs Prime95 tests: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/100352-cpu-stress-test-prime95.html

Run Memtest86 overnight: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html
