Windows 98SE registration number on disk

  1. Hello ALL and Happy Thanksgiving !!!

    I am configuring a computer for my sisters kids with Win98SE because of their educational games, but dont have the registration number.

    I know its on the Win98SE CD, but I cant remember where ......

    Any help ??

    It's not on the CD, it's on the CD-cover, or on a W98-manual, or on a sticker on the pC itself.

    No,no,no....I know that.

    This CD does not have that info posted on it OR the envelope, and it's not the original software for this computer.

    There is a file on the OS disk that you can open to reveal the registration number and cheat the system.

    I believe it is in one of the CAB files, but I haven't been able to find it yet.

    Unless it's a pirated copy, you will NOT find the CD-key anywhere on ANY Windows-CD.
