Cold boot to your original Windows install disk, and run R for Repair, or Windows Recovery. It will likely not damage any data, but will repair windows and advice you of problems detected.
There are way too many reasons, usually not critical, on why it would report a recovery from a serious error, but the only time to worry is when it is repeated over and over.
