Windows store closes automatically

hello,I need help with my windows store in windows 10.The problem is the next:
*after open the windows store it automatically closes like 10 sec later*
please help me I can't download anything

Have you tried running the running the trouble shooter in the control panel for windows store app. This may help your problem

Try the following steps may it will be works for you

1. Press and hold the “Windows” button and the “R” button on the keyboard.
2. This should bring up the Run window you have in Windows 10 Technical Preview.
3. In the run dialog box you will need to write the following: “WSReset.exe” without the quotes.
4. Press the “Enter” button on the keyboard.
5. Reboot your Windows 10 Technical Preview system and check the Windows Store now to see if it is going through with the download and installation of the desires application.

If problem is still then you need to update for latest version of windows. check for updates if any available then update first to fix the app store issue
