Both errors are 0xD1 and these are caused by either faulty drivers or buggy software.

In both minidumps they cite driver WMP54Gv41x86.sys as the cause (which has got to be the longest driver I've ever come across). This is a Ralink 802.11 Wireless Adapter Driver.

Either uninstall and reinstall your wireless drivers or update.

i downloaded the newest driver for my Wireless Adapter and then uninstalled it and restarted my computer and then install the new driver. hopefully this will stop all the BSoD im getting. thankz for your help Route44

You're welcome and let us know in a few days if this worked for you. That is valuable information.
