Windows Vista and 7 x64 Random blue screen

Hello,

First sorry about my english. I used my computer 2 years and no problem. last 3 weeks i get too many blue screen error b1 , f4 etc..

Here is my dump files. could u help me please ? i read a lot of post i check my memory with memtest and ms rem diag. update nvdia drivers. but still i have a problem.

I get blue screen random time.. (music, movies, games, or just holding)
