Recently my computer wouldnt start. It gets to the part where it loads windows and then it just restarts. So i decide to reboot. I put in the windows cd and boot from cd. When it gets to the part where its unpacking the install file, it gets to 37 percent then my computer freezes. Or it restarts. Anyone Know the cuase of this problem? How can i fix it?
