Windows Won't Start - Can't Boot From Disk

Safe mode, repair options, normal boot, booting from Windows 7 disk, etc. All fail after displaying "Loading Windows" a movable cursor appears on a black screen which persists indefinitely.

Is there anything I can try? I'm not replacing any of the parts, so if that is the only solution RIP my computer.

And yes, it does instruct me to press any key to boot from cd/dvd, loads windows files, then the same thing happens.

Sounds like a bad hard drive...

Yes, take the computer to a repair person to have the hard drive checked and replaced if necessary...
