Windows XP error: Help with mini dumps.

Hi, my comp has been getting BSOD about 7 times now and its getting anoying. Almost all hardware is brand new and a fresh windos xp is installed.
So I need help with checking the minidumps I have attached. Im not so good at these things.

All 3 minidumps point to rtenicxp.sys... This is a realtek Nic driver. Either search for an updated driver or tell us what your hardware specs are. Your choice

Geforce 8800GTS 640mb
MSI p35 Neo motherboard.
Audigy 2

I have deactivated all realtek startup stuff from the autostart before.
I have deactivated the realtek soundcard in the system tab since I use the audigy 2 instead.
Is it possible to uninstall all the realtek drivers without unistalling the motherboard drivers?
But im still getting this error.
