I have a Dell Dimension c521 and i installed windows xp but whenever i tried to activate it i couldnt since i couldnt see the installation ID, so i decided to install the network driver using a program called nlite. I was able to activate it through the internet and it told me that i had to activate it through the phone method as well so i did it bc for some reason after i activated it throught the interent i was able to see the installation ID. So once i had done all that it say your xp has been activated n it restarts but then when its loggin in into windows it tells me before being able to login into windows i need to activate it so i say yes again n it tells me its already activated. how can i fix this problem? it like a endless loop.
