Hello

I have a problem with System Error - Category 102 - Event ID 1003
I checked my ram with Memtest86+ and I try putting my ram into a different dimm slot.
still I am getting Blue Screen from time to time.
I uploaded my mini dumps.
I hope that somebody can help me.

Thanx

The rule for memtest is a minimum of 7 Passes and more is very beneficial. Most people think that it just keeps repeating the same tests over and over but this is not the case at all. It throws patterns after patterns and sometimes it takes longer than 7 to reach and error.

Your minidumps gave nothing specific but all four error codes are the same 0x8E and these are almost always caused by hardware and are one of the stronger indicators of corrupted memory.

I suggest starting Memtest 2 to 3 hours before going to bed and let it run all night. This quite safe to do so. Then when you get up check it.

ok great, i will let memtest run something like 10 passes, and see if i getting any error.

Thank you very much for your reply.

11 Passes no errors

I gave him 16 hours of memtest 11 passes...I didn't get any errors...
there is anything else I can do?

I don’t have any new minidumps, last time that I have BOSD was 26-07-2010.
This pc is one year old and used for multimedia center running 24/7 with no shutdown
I attached my pc summary.
