Wireless internet stopped working

My wireless internet worked fine one day and the next would not hook up on my HP laptop running Windows 10. All my other devices do work. It will work with an ethernet cable . The internet technician checked my router and everything there is fine. What could be my problem?

Disconnect the ethernet and attempt to use a WiFi connection.

Once connected, test:
  1. ping 8.8.8.8
  2. ping google.com
The first validates TCP to your ISP and beyond
the second tests your DNS.

BOTH mus not timeout.

After reading some of the other posts I tried pushing F11 and then F12 and it started working! I had already tried pushing F12 to no avail.
Thanks for the help anyway!
