Hey,

I have a removable memory card that fits into my phone, that holds both music and pictures.I deleted all the music off of the card and now i want to transfer new music back onto the memory card but whenever i try to transfer music onto it, i get a message saying:

Cannot Copy File: The Disk is write-protected
remove the write-protection or use another disk

i tried using Unlocker, but when i try to unlock the memory card it says no action can be taken.
Does anybody know how i can fix this, of remove the write-protection?

thanks for any help

A -

check your lock switch and if it is in 'locked' position REMOVE THE CARD FROM ADAPTER and position your switch to "unlock" and reinsert the card

1. Click Start->Run.

2. Type regedit and click OK.

4. Open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE by clicking on the + sign next to it.

5. Open SYSTEM by clicking the plus sign next to it.
