X399 designare enthoo pro white light flash but doesn’t power up

I bought all my component parts thinking I could build it but can’t get it to power up. The ram light switches on but I get a single white flash on the motherboard and nothing else. I think it’s related to the power connections on the enthoo pro because I didn’t know how to connect them all

If it were mine, I would take it all apart, locate the motherboard manual and build following the instructions. If that doesn't work, I might follow steps offered on YouTube
