XPPro - delete a user

I have 2 Admin users, but want to delete one. When I delete one, does XP automatically delete all the files associated with the deleted user in C:/Documents and Settings/"User Name" ?

you can choose whether you'd like to delete or keep the files, this will only work if you delete from Control panel, Users.
