Xtasy Everything but no more RED

I have an xtasy everything 64mb video card, the only problem is that I am no longer seeing red on the monitor. I have tried visiontek's customer service email, but to no avail, no one answered my question. Does anyone know any reason that this might be happening?

This could be a problem with the pins on the monitor cable. I know I have had one that had a bad pin that changed the monitor to blue and red hues.

i also had a problem with a xtasy card. it was a ge force 3 ti 500. it would skip when i was playing games, and most of the time freeze up my pc. xtasy must have some problems \=
