Yahoo messenger photo share element

ok, i'm looking for help that doesn't seem to be anywhere. I was hoping there was a newgroup that focused on Yahoo messenger, but I couldn't find one. Is there a group like this that i can ask questions to help me understand problems i'm having with yahoo messenger. Yahoo, doesn't seemd to have a site. The problem i'm having is with the photo share element to yahoo messenger. sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I'd like to know why id doesn't so i can fix it>
