Youtube not working with my router

Youtube was working fine till 2days back., its not working with my laptop or my nokia n81 now., i installed a new version of win 7 on laptop n tried t again., but i encountered the same problem.. what shd i do? i remember this problem creeping up from when i opened my routers page with 192.168.0.1 , 2 days back., could this be in anyway causing the problem? pls help me
