AMD has pushed out its latest Catalyst display drivers today, bringing numerous changes, including H.264 acceleration for VLC media player version 1.1.1 when running on Radeon HD 4000 and 5000 series graphics cards. There are a few multi-display enhancements, such as user-defined bezel compensation when maximizing a window across several screens.

Catalyst 10.7 is mostly comprised of random tweaks like an improved pull-down detection algorithm for higher quality visuals on certain types of video content when using an HD 5000 GPU, and support for rotated displays with CrossFireX setups. Individual game performance improvements are limited to a small 3-10% gain in Borderlands depending on your card, and there's only a handful of bug fixes.
