Benchmarks: Far Cry 3, Max Payne 3

The Radeon HD 7790 struggles with Far Cry 3 at 1680x1050 rendering just 27fps, which is a fraction less than the 28fps averaged by the GeForce GTX 650 Ti.

The Radeon HD 7790 performed well in Max Payne 3 with an average frame rate of 49.7fps at 1680x1050. This meant that it was 16% faster than the GeForce GTX 650 Ti which managed just 43fps.

The frame time performance backs up what we saw before, the Radeon HD 7790 was 14% faster than the GeForce GTX 650 Ti.
