Radeon Crimson Hotfix adds support for Mass Effect: Andromeda

AMD's latest Radeon Crimson Hotfix driver release adds support for Mass Effect: Andromeda and as a bonus it improves performance up to 12% for the Radeon RX 480 8GB, when compared to the previous 17.3.1RS-112 drivers.
