Nintendo today announced it will soon slash the suggested retail price for its DS Lite system. The price tag will change from $130 to $100 in the US as of June 5, 2011. A price cut for the DS Lite shouldn't be too much of a surprise, given that its successor, the Nintendo 3DS, has now been available for a few months.
