20 A +12v 9600 GT upgrade?

can i upgrade my vga to 9600 GT while keeping the same psu ?

here's my rig

E7300
Intel dg31pr
2 GB ddr 800 (single channel)
DVD RW
Samsung 933sn 19" powered via psu (manual says max 21w how many amps does it require ?)
Gefore 8600GT 512mb ddr2
250GB Maxtor 3GBps

i might add another 2 gigs of ram in future..

450Watt 20A +12v

I recommend buying a new PSU. That one is not going to be able to handle the new card.

thanks a lot for the input.. that's what i thought. so far it works fine without a sweat my next upgrade would be the psu most probably an antec or a corsair 500 Watt dual rail one.
